1. Why service at Palladino BMW?
We promise to always provide our clients with a superior customer experience. Our BMW Certified Technicians use OEM parts and accessories, and our Service Advisors have been fully trained and certified by BMW Canada.

2. What services do you offer?
We are able to perform all necessary repairs, including warranty on BMW vehicles, and for off-make brands, we are able to perform repairs that are not included under the manufacturer’s warranty.

3. What amenities do you offer?
We offer an Executive Shuttle Service to the Greater Sudbury area, loan vehicles, an assortment of vegan baking from Be Greater Organics and specialty coffees, complimentary exterior wash using our Italian Aqua Rama Car Wash, an indoor delivery and showcase area for new and pre-owned vehicles, a state of the art service facility with specialty equipment for M Performance and iElectric series vehicles, BMW Lifestyle section, an online service appointment booking service, complimentary WiFi and a comfortable waiting area with work stations and a television.

4. What is a multi-point inspection?
A multi-point inspection inspects 55 points to ensure the optimal safety and performance of your vehicle.

5. Do you offer detailing?
Yes, we have three detailing packages: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

6. Do you service Mini?
We do service Mini but are unable to perform warranty work or submit claims.

7. Do you sell tires?
Yes, our most popular brands are Pirelli, Continental and Bridgestone but we are able to order any tire.
